Our
warranty is straight forward and simple. We have the lowest failure rate in the
industry, and only use most strict Kaizan quality control. We are RoHS and ISO
certified. This allows us to offer to the public a one year no hassle
exchange warranty. The set-top box is covered from any manufacturing
defects for a period of one year from the date the unit is purchased from the
vendor. Simply bring the unit in to the vendor where you purchased your unit from or to Conaxtech, Inc. directly; and we will warranty your set-top box. This gives the consumer the confidence and
support needed to buy with confidence.
